  • Build a brand that stands out in the cannabis industry and pays homage to its heritage and small batch farming by sharing the story of the farm, the care they have for the farm and their product, and the respect they have for nature and cycles of harvest.

  • This is not a big batch corporate farm, so visualizing the loving tending of their farm and product was essential… and bringing people into the story by mapping the farm, illustrating the cycles of harvest,

The brand personality needed to appear natural, almost like a farmer’s market, but as careful as their farming, so not as to appear sloppy, we did this by using natural colors, handmade illustrations, marks and emblems that tell of a bygone era where farmers knew the product and canned themself.

Building a brand that stands out in the cannabis industry and pays homage to its heritage, nature, and small batch farming.

Aviator Farms is owned by a family that’s been been lovingly tending their fields in North Carolina for generations. The matriarch of the family, Rebecca, was one of the first female pilots in the area and is known as the “Pea Patch Pilot”.

With love for the land and people, the Pea Patch Pilot turned the fields into something was nurturing for both: organic hemp and vegetables. Her son-in-law Scott tends the fields with gentleness and care, knowing where each plant is on the farm. We knew telling this story was going to be something special.

Visually sharing the story of the farm, it’s natural cycles and heritage.
